#grief is normal. We don’t just grieve after death. It follows the loss of any significant thing – a relationship, a job, your health, your choices about the future, or even something else.
Not all things happen for a reason, so don’t feel like you have to make sense of everything. Even if you can’t make sense of it or find the reason, your emotions are still important.
